How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add items to your cart, and follow the checkout process. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been packed or dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Where do you ship to?
We ship throughout New Zealand. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

New Zealand: Usually 3–7 business days
International: Not available at this time.

Please note delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays.

Will I receive tracking?
Yes — once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details where available.

Do you accept returns?
We’re happy to help if something isn’t right. Returns are accepted in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

If an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Do kits include everything I need?
Our kits typically include embroidery hoop, fabric, threads, needle, instructions, and pattern. Please check individual product descriptions for exact contents.

What fabric do you use?
Our kits use high-quality 14 count Aida fabric.
