All New Zealand orders are shipped via NZ Post for secure, dependable delivery.
Orders for items in stock usually ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow 2-3 days for parcels to reach their destination, delivery times sometimes vary.
RD delivery will incur an RD charge.

Tracking & Delivery
- Every order is sent with full tracking, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
- NZ Post's trusted service means your items arrive safely and on time.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours.
- Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
- During busy periods or promotions, dispatch times may be slightly extended (we’ll always keep you informed).
International Shipping
Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.
Important Information
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout — we’re unable to redirect parcels once they’ve been dispatched.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, weather events, or customs processing.
- PO Boxes and rural addresses may take slightly longer to deliver.
