Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched. Payments are processed securely through Shopify-approved payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including where:

There is an error in pricing or product information
Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected

If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping times provided are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect delivery information supplied by you.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
