One of the finest oolongs in the world, from the Dong Ding region of Taiwan. The tender leaves and buds brew a pale golden green cup with a superb full bodied flavour and lingering aftertaste. Highly aromatic with subtle floral tones.
Flavour notes: Full body flavour with gentle floral notes reminiscent of orchid, balanced with creamy, toasted hints of chestnut.
Origin: Grown in the misty elevations of Dong Ding—‘Frozen Peak’—this oolong is medium oxidised for a beautifully balanced flavour and a naturally smooth, calming depth.
